We run a wide range of courses all year round, both BSAC and PADI from beginners upwards. Whatever your qualification, we can usually offer you something else to further your experience, and we guarantee you will have fun while doing so! Scuba Diver The first rung of the ladder. We can get you to this qualification in only 3 days, but if you prefer you can do a 5 day course to get straight to: Open Water Diver With this qualification you can dive anywhere in the world, although obviously nowhere will be the same as Pembrokeshire! Over 5 days, you will learn basic theory, be taught all the practical skills needed for diving in the safety of an indoor swimming pool, and finally do 4 Open Water Dives to complete the course. Advanced Open Water Diver The next step. A 2-day course with 5 different types of dives, designed to give you more confidence and experience. Rescue Diver After this 4-day course, you will have developed important rescue skills, and learnt how to be more self-sufficient in the water, as well as being capable of looking after your buddy. Emergency Responder A 1-day course teaching basic 1st aid skills Divemaster This is the first step towards taking up diving as a career if this is your aim, but worth doing even if its only going to remain a hobby. Ocean Diver Equivalent to PADI Open Water Diver, this is the BSAC beginners course. The next one up is: Sports Diver A 5-day course with more theory, additional training dives and rescue skills to give you confidence in the water. Dive Leader Over 5 days, you are taught and assessed on how to lead less experienced divers than yourself on a dive, and gain more theoretical diving knowledge, plus the basics about Oxygen Administration and Practical Rescue Management. Advanced Diver A theory review of what you have learned over the previous courses, plus a practical assessment. You don't have to stick to one organisation - you can gain qualifications in both PADI AND BSAC if you wish, and do crossover courses with us from one to the other at any stage.
